Internet shopping procedure

If you are a member of existing Shilla Duty Free branch, you will be automatically authenticated when you sign up, so you can use the same membership number.
If you sign up as a new member at the Shilla Internet Duty Free Shop, you will be given a membership number after you join, and you can use it without visiting the Shilla Duty Free Shop.

You can get additional discount if you sign up as an member to the Shilla Online Duty Free Shop.

Please sign up with your name when departing

· Joint member(signed in from SNS) can purchase after conversion to Shilla membership

· Non-membership cannot receive additional discount/ membership purchase benefits.

Product search

Just sign up for the item you want to purchase in the basket or wishlist .

If the items you want are out of stock, you can use 'Special Order' service.

(Some brands are available at store visits)

Order Form / Payment

Please enter your departure information after click the order button.

· Your item will not be delivered when you enter the wrong information.

· Payment will be the amount of KRW calculated on the day of currency

· You can pay by credit card, bank transfer, real-time account transfer, mobile phone payment, Kakao pay, Shilla prepayment, deposit.

Voucher print

Please print out the voucher on the voucher print page after payment is completed.

If it is not possible to print the exchange ticket, please note the number of voucher or send it to SMS.

Please present your SMS with your passport / airline ticket.

Products pickup

On the day of departure at the Shilla Duty Free Shop at each departure point,

present your passport and airline ticket.

Then, items can be delivered to you.

· Please confirm the items of the goods you have received and sign the exchange receipt.

· If there is something wrong with the product, please notify the staff in charge of the delivery. We do not take responsibility for the goods after departure.
